What Yomizaka does
Read, prove, find again
Three gestures, one trace from the file to the report.
The exact line behind every finding
Each finding names the rule, quotes the article of law and lights the sentence of the lease it rests on.
The PDF examined as a file
Producer, dates, successive saves: three levels (observed, unusual, inconsistent), never a « fake » stamp.
Find everything in a second
One word, and every document and every finding comes back, the passage in bold.
A signed report, shared by access
The people you choose verify the report with a Yomizaka account; you withdraw their access whenever you want.
Who is it for?
Your document, your situation
Pick your case: each page shows what Yomizaka checks for you, and says plainly what does not exist yet.

Honestly
Yomizaka, reading alone, or a lawyer
Yomizaka does not replace a lawyer: it tells you where to look, with the source.
What you get
- Yomizaka
- One finding per rule. The clause quoted, the article, the line.
- Reading alone
- Your own reading. No source, no list of rules.
- A lawyer
- An opinion. Fitted to your exact situation.
The time
- Yomizaka
- A few seconds. Upload the file, the findings come back.
- Reading alone
- It varies. A forgotten clause goes unnoticed.
- A lawyer
- An appointment. Depending on their availability.
Can it advise you?
- Yomizaka
- No. It shows what it finds, not what to do.
- Reading alone
- No. —
- A lawyer
- Yes. And they carry the responsibility.
The proof
- Yomizaka
- A signed report. The run id, verifiable by access.
- Reading alone
- Your notes. —
- A lawyer
- A written opinion. If you ask for one.
Legal review
- Yomizaka
- Not yet. The Québec corpus awaits review, and the report says so.

- A lawyer
- It is their trade. —

Questions
What people ask
Does Yomizaka replace a lawyer?
No. It applies written, sourced rules and shows the line behind every finding. It gives no legal advice, and the Québec corpus still awaits a lawyer's review: every report says so.
Are my documents shared?
No. A document is visible to your account alone. A signed report can only be verified by the people you give access to, with a Yomizaka account, and every verification is logged.
Does an AI judge my lease?
The written rules decide. A model is consulted only for the single judgment question (the abusive clause), and the report says so; if the model is unavailable, the finding says « insufficient evidence » rather than guess.
Which rules exist today?
The Québec residential lease (ten rules), plus the French and Walloon residential leases, and the Québec supplier invoice (eight rules: date, total, GST and QST numbers, taxes, payment terms — from the federal regulation on input tax credit information, not yet reviewed by an accountant or a lawyer). For service contracts and employment contracts the rules are not written yet: those cases are marked « soon ».
Where does the engine come from?
Yomizaka runs on Orazaka, Krizaka's sovereign AI engine: each check is a run whose id is kept. Yomizaka's code is open (Apache-2.0).
