What Yomizaka is
Yomizaka compares a document you give it (a lease, an invoice, a service contract) with published rules and tells you, point by point, what it found, quoting your document. It is an informative check. It is not a legal opinion and it does not replace a lawyer: only a member of the Barreau du Québec can give legal advice in Québec. A result is never a guarantee that a document is lawful or valid.
Your account
You must give a real e-mail address and confirm it. You are responsible for your password. One free audit is included per account; creating several accounts to get more is not allowed and the extra accounts may be closed.
Prices and taxes
After the free audit, an audit costs the price shown at checkout in Canadian dollars, or you subscribe to the Pro plan. Goods and services tax (GST) and Québec sales tax (QST) are added at checkout and shown on your invoice with Krizaka's registration numbers. Payment is handled by Stripe; Yomizaka never sees your card number.
Refunds and cancellation

Your documents
Your documents are kept in your account only and are sent to Orazaka, Krizaka's analysis engine, to be checked. See the privacy notice for retention, your rights and how to reach our privacy officer.
